I worked for a security company and they recently let me go. Of course I’m upset I was let go, The reason was because of a small miss communication and they felt annoyed. I was hired without a guard card (first security job) They payed me through checks with no pay stubs. When I was let go I asked if I get taxed and they said no I was payed all the hours I worked but when I mentioned I calculated my hours money is missing they got upset, especially when I mentioned that I would report to dep of labor to get my full pay for taxes. ( not get ripped off and then pay taxes) I worked 7 days a week some weeks , without any overtime pay. I never took a lunch . (They said we get paid for it but we don’t have to take it) So my question is working with no gaurd card. 7 days a week with no overtime. No pay stubs And I wasn’t payed for a month before termination. Is this worth reporting to bsis? Also I will probably get in trouble for working with no guard card so I’m not sure what to do any help would be appreciated
