My ex and I broke up in early January after being together for a little over 10 months, however we kept sleeping together on and off with no strings attached until he started dating his girlfriend.
A couple weeks ago him and I ran into eachother on a night out after having been no contact since he got into the new relationship and we ended up sleeping together that night.
I found out last week that him and his girlfriend are simply long-distance and not broken up and since then I’ve been struggling with whether or not I should reach out to her and let her know.
I used to be kinda loosely friends with her but we haven’t talked since she started seeing my ex. He doesn’t seem like he’ll tell her seeing as he hasn’t done so and it’s been long enough but I don’t know if I should meddle in their relationship at all.
Also sidenote I definitely do not want to be with my ex again, it was not a healthy relationship and I’m very glad to be out of it, incase people think I would tell her to break them up or something. I also have not talked to him directly since the night we hooked up.
I am very sure she hasn’t been told as we do have a close friend in common who would’ve absolutely talked to me about it.

How about you stop opening your legs every time you see him and move on with your life and let them have their lives
