Should I take the job and do my degree long-distance, or continue full-time studies?

Hi everyone! I just had an interview for an Assistant HR role and it went really well. The company liked me, but they said they only want someone who can commit long-term—and they will only consider me if I pursue my degree via long distance (ODL).

Originally, I planned to continue my degree full-time because I really want to experience proper university life (my diploma experience wasn’t the best). Now I’m stuck wondering:
Should I take the job for the experience and income while studying via ODL, or should I continue with my full-time degree plans and pass on the job?

Has anyone here done long distance (ODL) studies while working full-time? Was it worth it? Would really appreciate advice or personal stories. Thanks in advance!
