I have an arrest for simple assault (dv) which resulted in a “no information”
I can’t get my lawyer to call me back, I just need some help to understand what this means and how it affects my future employment opportunities? Will I fail both level 1 and 2 background checks? Currently in the process of expunging this too but I’m not sure that makes a difference when it comes to background checks?
