Since bald eagle population grew significantly, what are the environmental implications? Will we be seeing more starving eagles?

I have been watching eagle nest cams and this question popped up in my head.

It hasn’t grown so much, but recovered a lot. DDT nearly wiped them out. Nature keeps things in check and runs in cycles. As food becomes scarce, less chick’s are born or survive, prey items soar do to less predation. As prey items become more available, more chicks are born and survive. Rinse and repeat.
