Sister got checked into a mental hospital, but hasn’t been getting treatment or any help

So my sister got checked in a mental hospital, it’s notoriously known for being a terrible place that doesn’t provide any help. It’s called Holly Hill In raleigh NC. Going through the reviews and experiences of other people makes me scared for her a lot. I’m not sure but unfortunately i think she got involuntarily checked in. She called us saying that she’s been there for a day and she hasn’t gotten a shower, any clothes, and she’s on her period and hasn’t gotten anything to help her. Please is there any way we can get her out of there, or transfer her anywhere else. She’s also going through withdrawals which makes it even worse. And if she did check in voluntarily then is there also any ways to get her out or somewhere else. She’s already 20 so the hospital won’t give us a lot of information but she sounds scared. The hospital has even gotten sued, people say there are fight, the workers don’t care for you, and it’s an absolute nightmare. Please anything will help. Please ask for anymore information. Thank you
