I’ve lived with my mother since my father’s passing, and about 3 months ago my sister and her boyfriend also moved in with us, not on the lease just there. Long story short we got In an argument and I kicked them both out of the house, not even 30 minutes later I get pulled over while I’m working, and eventually arrested. After I kicked them out my sister called and said I headbutt her and punched her bf in the face, both of which never happened but they supposedly had marks which I’m positive they did to themselves. The results of this have been a no contact with them and I haven’t been able to stay at my own god damn house now for over a month and almost lost my job. I guess my question is how would you suggest I go on about this. I refuse to take a plea for something I didn’t do.

I suggest you get an attorney.
So you illegally evicted people living with you, then they called the police?
>how would you suggest I go on about this
With a criminal defense attorney to deal with your DV charges.
> I refuse to take a plea
That’s a conversation to have with your attorney.
Get two lawyers.
One for your criminal charge, one for kicking her out. Regardless of why, you do have to follow the law, and as a result have put yourself into a bit of a civil pickle.
