Most people here say they slee better when it’s freezing cold. I say that’s just plain old crazy. 68 fahrenheit is the coldest I can do. And 86 is the highest. But the sweet spot is 72-76, and it’s just magical. Not sweating, not freezing cold. Just right. Enough for a light blanket, if needed.

Science disagrees with you and days in the 60s is best so this isn’t unpopular, it’s just wrong.
Edit: A typo
If im slightly cold i cant sleep
Blankets are cozy. The room needs to be cold enough I can wrap myself up and not sweat to death.
My house is set at 77 always. And that’s a compromise. I still shiver if I’m not cocooned under a pile of blankets, but my parents can’t tolerate it being any warmer. I would absolutely not be able to sleep if the thermostat was anywhere in the 60s
