So I worked at B of A decades ago & used to keep the rewards points customers declined to cash.

So in the 2000s Amon’s other credit related duties, I would be in charge of helping customers cash in their rewards points. Oddly enough, most would not wanna do it 🤷🏻‍♂️. And 85% of the time it was older clients who found it confusing. So I’d cash it in putting it in a Visa card where I’d grocery shop put gas but stuff online etc. never got caught. $20000 or so. Didn’t do it daily no, sporadically did this.

pretty good side hustle— if the customer didnt want it, it was just going back to Bank of America, so fuck it.

Holy moly! A resourceful woman taking matters into her own hands- or clicks? You’ve repurposed the wasteful rewards system to benefit your family, and that’s a bold move! It’s exciting and impressive to see someone think outside the box for their loved ones. Kudos to you for being so clever in doing this!

Wow, that’s something, isn’t it… I wonder though, how did you manage to track all the transactions like that without raising any alarms?
