so I’m a teen girl and for a few while now this grown man has been sending me death threats. I’ve never met him in my life. He keeps telling me all the ways he’s gonna kill me, some of them super sexual. He says I ruined his life and accuses me of a bunch of stuff I’ve never done. I literally don’t even know who he is.
I asked my dad to reply to him with a voice message, and my dad wants to go to the police. The guy straight up said he’s not scared and to go ahead. He really seems convinced I did something to him.
He’s not even hiding. He has a profile pic, name, everything public. I’m honestly really scared, especially because of the way he described how he wanna kill me.

Go to the police, these kinds of people use manipulation to make you afraid of reporting them. That’s exactly what is happening. Go to the police, stay at a friends house for a few days, communicate to as many people around you what is going on so everyone is aware and alert. Stay safe ❤️

How did you come across this guy, are you sure it’s a grown man or spoof account. Possibly someone you know messing with you.
Does he have enough information about you to find you or is your identity protected?
I never really had much luck going to the police when some guy in my own city who I never met started doing that to me so idk. They just knocked on his door and asked him about it
This is a delusional person. They are dangerous. Go to police right away. Ask your dad to put cameras up ( there’s some really cheap ones these days).Stay with a friend and never be alone until this situation is resolved. Believe him. He could try something.

Go to the police and let them know what’s going on and also have your parents tell them that if they don’t do anything about it then they will. It’s shit like this is the reason people take the law into their own hands. If the cops won’t do anything about it, then ask them what the hell is your job?
Please also let your school know what is going on. They will also need to have a photo of him, etc.
