Somebody has some nudes and videos of me that i so stupidly sent to someone that i thought was a women.

r/

Hi everybody. So as you see The titel. I sent some nudes to somebody who i thought was a women but actually turns out to be some kid in Africa. He threatened to send it to all my friends and family. Now I never do any of this I don’t even slide into girls dms but today I made this rookie mistake. I am afraid my family will see these fotos as he is trying to follow friends and family but luckly all friends are reporting his accounts. What do I do I am afraid to tell my fam as I don’t want this kind of embarrassment.

Tell your family he’s a scammer, and they should delete any emails without opening them just in case.

this happens to a lot of good people who get caught in a moment. You’re doing the right thing by blocking, reporting, and warning friends. Don’t pay or engage further. If it keeps going, consider talking to a trusted adult or even local authorities it’s better to get ahead of it than stay silent. You’re not stupid, just human.

Nah he’ll never send it to your family you’re safe.

AI fake nudes are a real thing. Worst case scenario (if they were to send them to family, which they most likely won’t) live by the word that someone who produces AI fake nudes tried to extort you, and you saw it for the scam that it was and refused to pay them.

How does he/ she know email of family. Besides all people make mistakes throughout life will not be last.

When will people learn to NEVER send any photos/videos of intimate moments. It is always a risk not worth taking.

-The other party could use them as revenge after a breakup.
-Phone may get stolen/hacked and all “interesting” media will end up on the internet.
-Catfish and blackmail like OPs case.
-The other party starts boasting about them and a friend takes the phone and shares them.

You never get to know a person completely and giving them something so dangerous is a gamble you will end up losing

But that’s how i think. Some moments are meant to stay as memories.

First of all, I don’t know how people still fall for this. It is the most well-known scam in existence.

    Secondly, why the

    FUCK

does EVERYBODY ON REDDIT think “women” is singular? Where do they teach this?
