So I was just standing by my car, having a smoke, minding my own business. This older lady walks up and asks me, “What are you looking for?” I told her, “Nothing, just looking at the moon,” and then I put my cigarette out.
Out of nowhere, she pulls out her phone and snaps a photo of my license plate. I told her, “Don’t do that,” and said, “I’m really sorry,” but honestly, I kinda panicked and walked away fast.
Now I’m freaking out. I have no idea what she’s gonna do with that photo. Can she report me for something? Could I actually get in trouble over this?

If you didn’t do anything wrong you can’t get in trouble.
Doubtful the cops will be busting down your door over this. Who knows what she was doing.
