If nobody else has overhead what the’re talking about, he insta-kills them with the Force and just tells Imperial Officials that they were acting in a manner unbecoming of the Empire. Imperial Officials have questions, but accept it and move on.
If other people overheard, Vader won’t clue them in that “Padme sets Vader off.” He’ll recruit these Stormtroopers for his next high-risk suicide mission where they will meet an untimely end.

He’s probably killing them regardless of what they say about her looks, just bringing her name up in front of Vader is going to put him in an even more murderous mood than his default lol

In the EU they paint Vader as having more loyalty to clone troopers than officers. Did this carry over to the non-clone stormtroopers?
Best case the guy is fired for clear incompetence cause Padme ain’t mid.
There’s a deleted scene where he sees a scantily clad Padme painted on the side of a starship and he nearly kills everyone around him.
At most he’d kill the officer in charge of the trooper for not enforcing proper discipline within his troops and the get back to crushing the rebelion. But I only really know movie Vader so maybe he liked to kill Stormtroopers in the extended works
