This is my first time posting here, so bear with me.
So there were two events and I probably chose the wrong one to attend. One a was a student festival and other was English department’s end of semester party.
As my major is English I went to the second event and that was my “mistake”. I’m still cringing and it’s been more than 24 hours.
To be honest I’m not a big drinker and I only had four beers and one shot the whole night, so if drank a little more these things wouldn’t affect me as much. I (F20) am a first year student of Bachelor. I don’t have many close relationships with my classmates who were at the party, so I sat at a table with last years. One of our teachers was coming up to me and drunkily asking me if I’m alright. To be honest I showed him during the semester one of my poems, which are not really happy… He got basically hammered and was talking about things that he as a teacher shouldn’t talk about like illegal substances, romantic life and mental health struggles (the second thing not discussed with me, but with some other students), at the end of the night around three o’clock in the morning THREE hours after the bar closed (they left it open just for us) and we were already leaving I was sent to get him out of the bar. Me as the youngest remaining person there had to go and get a teacher out from the bar… Well I got him out and he hopefully went to the school apartment (he’s a foreign teacher). That’s gonna be an awkward exam next week.
But he wasn’t the only one who got hammered… Our doctoral student who teaches literature together with a different teacher was so drunk, that she even said that if she wasn’t with a man she would go for me…
We were talking about a report of the party to our literature teacher, which the doctoral student probably made today. I don’t wanna know how this is ended…
TL;DR: TIFU by showing my teacher a poem and going to a party where he got drunk, asked me many times if I’m alright and in the end I had to get him out of the bar.
Please tell me how should I go about this. Should I talk about this or just look down and shut my mouth?

You accidentally walked into a live-action indie film poetic freshman, tipsy academics, confessions no one asked for. Just survive the semester, write it off as character development, and never go to a department party without a buddy again.
