Just looking for advice. Sorry for formatting. On my phone. Throwaway account as well.
So backstory. I got out of the military a couple years back and recently decided to go back to college. Because of the gap in education I was told I need to take some placement exams. Not a big deal. I knew I’d struggle a bit but I’ve dealt with worse. As I’m raising three kids, I opted for an online proctored exam. Reused an old computer I got a from a family member for free. Bought a cheap web cam to use for the exam. Short and sweet right?
Story time. I got my significant other to round the kids up and set up the room. Now as I’m setting up the exam I’m having issues with the webcam not focusing properly and real bad glare. The proctor then suggests some alternatives such as taking a pic with my phone. So as I’m uploading the pic, my computer starts scrolling through random pics on my phone. At this point, I notice it is showing pics from when I’m on deployment 6 years ago. I attempt to shut the program down before tragedy hits. It starts showing pics of my s/o that I know I deleted years ago. It’s exactly the pictures you are imagining. It’s only on the screen for maybe .1 of a second. The proctor didn’t say anything but it was screen recording.
Now here’s my worries. What if they watch that during the screen recording review? Should I be worried? Will they expel me for inappropriate conduct? Extremely nervous right now over a stupid placement test.
Tl;dr My s/o private pics got shown during a placement exam off my personal computer.

I can promise you as somebody who worked in higher education, nobody is going to review that footage and especially not when it comes to a fraction of a second. Ain’t nobody got time for that. Seriously if they thought you were cheating or had an obvious issue sure they could flag you and investigate what caused concern, but it’s mostly for insurance against bad proctors. Seriously don’t worry about it.
