I tried a new supplement today called Palmitoylethanolamide (PEA) for a chronic pain issue I have. I decided to preloasd my first dose at like 2400mg, when the max you’re supposed ti take a day is 1200-1800.
I made a reservation for 1 at my favorite restaurant. (It’s hard to meet people on this island). I was running a little late and it felt like I had to fart in the car, so I tried to squeeze it out, except things didn’t feel quite right.
So I make a detour to the local Target to clean myself up. Right after I am getting out two girls park in a space right near where I was parked with no other cars in between, As soon as I get out of the car I notice the towel I was sitting on has a small brown spot. Thank god I happened to be sitting on a towel (long story) today. At least my new car didn’t have shit directly on the seat. I immediately touch it with my finger and as I turn around to smell my finger these two girls are looking right at me with wide open eyes.
Also, a few weeks ago something got into my car’s ventilation system I have some kind of hypersensitivity reaction to. Just so I could use my new car I taped a bunch of cut to fit carbon filters over the vents to help filter it out.
I must have looked like a total weirdo.
Now, most people say I am not a bad looking guy, and I am a fairly recognizable fellow. I may have seen these two girls hanging out with a girl I want to ask out, but I was in such shock I didn’t really pay much attention to how they looked.
I also stupidly followed them too closely into the store and they turned back and looked at me with wide eyes at one point. So they definitely got a good look at me, and up close… at least twice.
God I hope they at least don’t tell anyone.
TL;DR. I took too much of a new supplement. It gave me diarrhea and two girls who might know who I am saw the aftermath in addition to other embarrassing things.

The best I can suggest is if you run into them or the girl you wanna ask out again make sure that you’re dressed clean, you don’t come across as a nut job, soft pedal your energy with them and keep your hands away from wiping your butt and smelling your fingers. This might not be the response you were driving at, but I’ve been on PEA for something like 6 years and it has never done anything to my digestion… Ymmv but it might not have been the PEA (which you can’t speed up, just FYI… It takes 3-4 weeks to load up your system). It is also a godsend for chronic pain, so keep at it 👍
