As result of leaving a whole apartment to shared living situation (and the cost of living rising…) I realized I need to reduce the amount of stuff that I own.
What are your methods of living in conditions of limited storage?
What are your tips and tricks to reduce the amount of stuff we carry and store?
From clothing, to kitchen, to toiletries, hobbies such as art where you stock papers and expensive art supplies?

Kitchen & toiletries: put EVERYTHING away (in boxes, in a stash). Then take out the stuff you use as you go. You can role play a few situations like prepping for a fancy wedding, for a travel, for friends visiting.
This is what you truly use.
Then go through the rest and only keep the stuff you really want to keep (as Marie Kondo says: the stuff that brings you joy). Anything that’s easy to get 2nd-hand and kinda mid has to go.
