Tire shop damaged my new to me RV by dropping it off the rack during alignment. What should I do?

I was supposed to leave on a three week trip and had my tires aligned for the trip. During the alignment, my RV Van fell off the rack at the shop and it is damaged. It will be in the shop for repairs for at least a month. I had rented out my home and will now lose the money for the home rental and my trip will be canceled. I do have insurance but I’m unsure how to proceed. Location: California
