[TOMT] [2010-2017?] Weird episode of teenage mutant ninja turtles

Title, i just remembered a very weird episode of teenage mutant ninja turtles i watched at like 7 i think? Im sure this isnt a fever dream or something, this HAS to be a real episode. I remember it being the 2012 version but it might be 2007? Basically the plot was the episode starting in some weird biological place where all the turtles (and maybe splinter?) was in some sort of egg thing, and Leo somehow cutting himself out and walking around it. Eventually i think Mikey gets out with Leo’s help? (Atleast i think it was mikey) but i dont remember much else other then it creeping me out as a child because it really didnt fit into the show at all, hoping one of you have the answer cause if i can really find it again i want to rewatch it now.
