[TOMT] 90s children’s TV show music garden on TVO

I have tried finding this for decades at this point.
There was a segement on a show on TVO in the 90s where kids would go out into a garden and play these giant “instruments” – the weren’t real instruments, they would be structures or art pieces that would be used to make music. This wasn’t the whole show, just a part of it. I don’t remember anything about the rest of the show. It could have been Canadian, American, British or Australian. It could have been from earlier than the 90s but it definitely aired around 1995ish. I have reviewed every list and video I can find. Please help me :))
