[TOMT] a kids’ educational program of some kind with cutaways to a man’s mouth sounding words out

Hey everyone, I’ve been on the prowl for the ultimate nostalgia of finding this educational program I saw as kid, not sure if it was a DVD or VHS or something, all I remember was colorful letters against a black background, if I remember correctly every letter in every word was colored differently, and they looked like they were drawn with a crayon. And then of course, the main thing that kept me wondering what this even was.. the extremely random and unsettling cutaways to close ups of a man’s mouth sounding out the colorful words on the screen, that’s literally all I can remember so I apologize for the lack of details but I would HIGHLY appreciate whoever finds this for me, I’ve quite literally searched every possible way I could on Google so.. please and thank you reddit detectives 🫡
