[TOMT] An animated short about a woman with social anxiety who overcomes it to buy a vinyl from her favorite band

From what I remember, it was an animated short film about a character who collect what I recall as vinyls from her favorite band or something. There was a new release for a vinyl however it was in store purchase only. Problem with that is she had social anxiety, and going out was a challenge. Apart from that and the fact she makes a friend is all I remember.
