[TOMT] Animated movie with quail meal? Early 2000s likely

Hi! I’ve had this movie stuck in my head for years, just one specific scene, and I can’t for the life of me remember the movie name.

It was likely in the early 2000s and probably on DVD. I don’t remember if it was a Disney movie but it gives me Robin Hood-fox cartoon vibes.

I remember one scene where the king (?) is offered quail for a meal, and it looked so nice that it’s the only thing my brain stuck with. I think it might have been a medieval setting too.
