[TOMT] Barry Williams bit?

I was young in the early 2000s watching TV around 11 pm, and I want to say it was a bit on late night Jay Leno (it could’ve been something else), but the entire bit was about a guy explaining constantly followed by Barry Williams, but made to think it was all a fever dream despite the physical evidence around him including photos from a vacation that he claimed to never go on I believe to France? And he says something along the lines of “I’ve never even been to Paris, let alone with Barry Williams!”

And to this day I can’t find any evidence of this bit and I’ve desperately wanted to show my brother the proof that this bit exists lol.
