I have a very clear image in my head of a cartoon of who I remember as Margaret Thatcher (or perhaps just a harsh looking older woman) as a ventriloquist dummy, goosebumps style. I can clearly picture arched brows and blankly staring eyes, mouth hanging open and head to the side. I have no idea if this was from a satirical comic strip/art piece in a newspaper, maybe art for an album, or a tv show, or if it even exists at all. This is a quick sketch of what I’m picturing https://imgur.com/a/tGGyJZg
Thanks in advance!

Spitting Image? It was a political satire using puppets and was on television in the 1980s.
I think one of the Thatcher puppets was on display in the V&A museum in London when I was last there.
Not a ventriloquist dummy, so a bit of a long shot, but could you be thinking of Brunhilde Van Hoof from Tropico 4?
