[TOMT] [COMMERCIAL] [2007-2010] animated(?) commercial with an octopus in a city

From my memory, this was an animated commercial which featured a city, specifically a bunch of skyscrapers (which I think were 3D). Then, a big octopus would show up and climb the skyscrapers, and I think it’s possible the octopus was 2D? A bunch of balloons would start floating by, and the octopus would grab onto them and float away. There could’ve been more to the commercial, but this is all that I remember.

The art style easily could’ve been either 2D or 3D but it looked to be sort of similar to the frutiger metro style that was popular around that time, and I believe there were elements that were solely black and white (like this french commercial):

I think it has to be from 2007-2010 because I know I saw it in a specific house I lived in during that timeframe. It would play a lot on tv and so frequently that I knew it was on just by hearing the music.

My dad recalls the commercial as well and he thinks it was some sort of public service ad about saving money (sounds right to me, honestly), although he doesn’t know for sure.

I remember this so distinctly because it was my favorite commercial when I was little. Unfortunately, I was so little that I can’t remember anything else and I’ve been searching for 3 years now 🙁 please help me!!
