I remember there was this dubbing app I got on my ipad awhile ago but I guess I deleted it or it got deleted, it was an app where you could choose or search clips from shows and dub over them funnily, I remember the sign up section had a language choice with like EVERY language.
The app MIGHT’VE had a red icon but that might just be me imagining things.
(I also checked my app history and for some reason didn’t find it, but I know it exists!)

Some more small info, I remember seeing a compilation of videos dubbed with this app in the Tuvaluan language, not much but it’s worth a shot telling everyone.
