About a decade ago I was regularly watching an art show that was on LG Channels, the free TV you get with their smart TVs, but I’ve forgotten the name of it.
It was a half-hour or maybe even 15-minute show set in New York City where a host, a middle-aged white guy with glasses, would visit museums and outdoor art installations and art supply shops and tell us about them. The host was an artist himself, I believe, but I don’t know if we ever saw his art. It was pretty light entertainment and seemed to be almost off-the-cuff, like a local cable access show.
One episode segment I remember was him going into an art shop which was known for having really high quality imported chalks and he bought some, but only like 2 or 3 chalks and one pencil, which made me laugh because he was clearly on a strict budget.
If I had to guess I’d say this was on Ovation TV back in the day. I watched it when it came on LG Channels in real time, and it was usually something like 4AM or 5AM Central. Seemed like it was filler, which I suspect is because it was an old show, something filmed in I’d guess about 2005 to 2008, roughly.

What I’ve tried so far: Looking up LG Channels on art (nothing came up), trying to find old LG Channels that they don’t have anymore (couldn’t find anything), looking at old Ovation TV line-ups, looking up old art channel and NYT cable access channels. No luck yet.
