[TOMT] I need help finding an album which I only vaguely remember the album cover

I only remember the album art, which was a man wrapped in either gray or black duct tape standing in a room. He was fully taped up, the room was dark, the picture seemed to be either 2000’s or 2010’s. The album itself may have been Japanese, it was more of a moody project. I’m sure somebody knows this album, as it seemed to be a staple to many others. If you have any questions please ask!
