[TOMT] K DRAMA involving two brothers

Hello, i am looking for a Korean drama. I have very little details because I havent seen the drama yet but I’ve seen trailers on IG. I’ve tried to search IG again to find it so I can get the title and watch it but im having a hard time. Anyway it involves 2 brothers, one of the brothers is mentally disabled and he ends up getting abused. He tries to tell his brother about the abuse but can’t (i think he’s ashamed). According to one of the comments the brother who was being abused ends up dying.
