[TOMT] looking for a cartoon i used to watch

okay so i believe it was on this casper the friendly ghost old tv show dvd i had as a kid and at the end of the disc it had this show that im looking for. so basically it was an older animated tv cartoon with 2 characters, one being a kinda skinny guy with red shoulder length hair and a red (i think) shirt thing, and his friend the other main character was an elephant. i don’t remember much else but ive been wanting to watch it again because i remember it being really funny. any help is greatly appreciated tysm
