[TOMT] looking for a horror movie from 80s or early 90s

I watched it when I was a kid and I’ve always wanted to watch it again. I remember there being vampires or demons in a house, murdering teenagers. All I really remember is that in the end, a woman has to hide in a bathtub, I think it’s full of holy water and she waits for the sun to come up. I remember there being a focus on boarded windows so it was maybe a haunted mansion? I have a feeling it was part of an anthology movie or something.
