[TOMT] looking for a movie title

My girlfriend watched this movie a few years back (probably 5+ years) but can’t recollect the name, she said it was a midday tv movie (we live in Australia),

All I have is this description from her: they had a book that told them when everyone was going to die and someone was going to die soon according to the book, so another person saved them from dying but then they got the time taken off their life expectancy in the book.
