Looking for a movie, probably 80’s T&A fare, with a scene in which a boy and girl on the phone (alternating shots of each) are setting up a date. The girl is half sitting/lying on a bed or couch, twirling the phone cord around her leg. They agree to bring her cousin who is a little young, but cute, and make it a party with some other boys.

You can forget the obvious choices like Porky’s , Revenge of the Nerds, Just One of the Guys, etc. It’s more obscure than that.
