[TOMT] [MOVIE] A Super Old CGI animated movie for kids. I distinctly remember the villain of the planet dunking one of his citizens in a pool of silver mercury.

• There’s a significant scene involving a cave I think, where the nice shy spirit thing opens up or shows the mc some stuff or tells it the real history of the planet or somethin.
• The execution scene is public, with many citizens present basically showing how the villain or king of the planet just can do what he wants.

I watched it on DVD and im guessing it came out between 1990-2010.
