[TOMT] [MOVIE] i cannot remember

I used to watch this movie all the time probably in 2010. I don’t know what year it came out, but it was about a boy who is probably in middle school. He had cancer and he was in a wheelchair. He went into remission and then got cancer again and ended up dying, and the movie was very faithful and about God and after he died, they had a memorial for him.
