Movie or show with a scene where a woman is sleeping while sitting upright on a couch, and a younger teenage-ish aged boy is sitting next to her. He leans in a bit to better check out her cleavage, but then she wakes up. The boy then quickly sits back and pretends he wasn’t doing anything.

May be the British TV show “Humans” (2015)– the woman sleeping you are remembering might be the robot/android played by Gemma Chan. There is a scene where she is resting/sleeping sitting up and the boy (the son of the family she is employed by) looks at her cleavage and then she wakes up and catches him. This is the only thing I can think of!
