[TOMT] [MOVIE] [SHOW] two men are lost in the woods; dog barks in the distance and the two lost men hear the barking and desperately scramble themselves to get up and try to reach the dog’s barking.

Late 90s, 2000s TV movie or TV episode. The two men looked like they were lost in the woods for days, trying to find help. They looked very weak. Their clothes looked tattered and covered with dirt. One of them was with one shoe; ends up finding another shoe, tries it on, but it didn’t seem to have fitted on his foot. Angry, he just keeps hitting the shoe on the grass. The other man just lies on the ground, looking more weak. Next scene features a dog walking along a bridge or a viaduct. He walks toward the side of the bridge/viaduct and starts barking. The fatigued men hear it, and knowing they can be saved, try themselves to get back up and run toward the barking.
