[TOMT] old 70s’ movie about a hero in a car, and his team

I told my dad about this subreddit and he does not believe anyone can find the movie he’s been looking for for years.

An old movie about a physically fit Blond vigilante dude who went on missions with his team. He had a car, old convertible 1930’s car with the long ass “nose”, like an old Mercedes. He struck a pose on his car when he went on missions and the music theme played, it was definitely for a younger audience, kinda exaggerated and not too serious. The movie follows his adventures.

My dad is French and watched the French dub, he thinks the guy’s name was “justice” and the name of the movie was “justiciers” but since it’s the French dub it doesn’t mean that’s the name in English, we can’t find anything on google using those words
