I was just telling my mum about a PSA that scarred me as a kid and I cannot find it anywhere. I’m 70% sure it was German or French but the PSA was just some kids sat on a balcony railing and you hear a car screeching sound and the kids fly off the balcony and it fades to black saying something like “wearing seatbelts saves lives” or something ??

I remember the quality being terrible so it might e been from before 2011 ~ I’m pretty sure I saw it around then but I think I saw it on YouTube rather than on TV
