[TOMT]: quote from movie or show? “She needles people”

Sorry for lack of info but it’s a quote in which someone goes,” that’s what she does… she NEEDLES people.” Or “You’re NEEDLING me” while making a specific gesture with their hand and really emphasizing the ‘needle’ part. I know it’s a long shot it’s just been bugging me.
