[TOMT] [SCARY] [MOVIE] can’t find the name of a scary movie

I have been on a hunt for nearly 3 years to find the name of a B list scary movie I watched years ago. Figured I would try on here!
The movie starts with a group of maybe 4 guy friends all around 18-20 driving in an RV to a start of the summer party in the woods. Once they get there I remember they have a conversation about how one of the boys got accepted into a nice college and one of the other boys were resentful. But then they start to play pranks on each other which leads to one prank going too far and one of the boys accidentally killing another. They hide his body in the RV but he ends up coming back to life. At one point they try to drive the RV away and it breaks down. In one way or another they all end up dying but coming back to life as zombie like creatures and it end with them all holding hands just standing there. Please someone help it’s driving me insane!!!
