[TOMT] [SHOW] [2010s] Kids collect magic cards on planets?

Sometimes I get randomly reminded of this show, and it’sso weird remembering it and yet not being able to find any info on it. I have such vivid memory of watching it, but I can barely remember what it was about.

It’s a 3D animated. I remember sometimes stumbling into it as a kid when switching channels on tv. It’s about a group of 3 kids, 2 guys and a girl, and they travel from planet to planet. Each planet has its unique color, but I only remember for sure that there was a red one, a yellow one, and a green one. I’m pretty sure that the sky would also match a planets color.

I saw the show maybe between like 2009-2014, rather not later. That doesn’t mean that it couldn’t air earlier as well.

I remember one specific location that appeared on every planet, a cliff. I think it meant the end of a planet. On every cliff there was a special card. I never really knew what was the deal with them, but they had abilities. I think I remember one example where a card could shoot lasers, somewhat like a blaster. Other than the cards, there were no other weapons in the show.

Also coming back to the planet(s), it might’ve one big planet, that had differently colored regions. But at this point of trying to remember details, my mind could just be randomly coming up with ideas.
