[TOMT] [video] Whimsical dude spinning around in a neck harness

Saw it on Instagram reels. The most whimsical dude I’ve seen in my life. He was suspended in the air by a neck traction harness, walking in the air, and slowly spinning. If I remember correctly, he had little round glasses, a moustache, a painting of clouds or something in the background, BUBBLES FLOATING PAST (??), and perhaps a small umbrella. He had music playing in the room as he performed this extraordinary work of art. I would like to revisit the intrigue and joy this video brought me.
