Like the post said it’s basically an anime where the protagonist can throw hands. I only ever saw it on a old AMV I used to watch every now and then on YouTube with the song “Suicide and Mania” by Primal Fear.
The protagonist is blonde and her normal magical girl clothes are pinkish, but in other scenes you can see her using a black leather top, a black leather skirt and some MMA gloves I think.
One of the scenes has the girl just jump armlock someone that I assume might be a teacher, that had black hair and a black dress and was smoking, the protag seems to have broken the teacher’s arm doing so.
Another scene has the protag fighting another girl that wore black clothes and a hat that seems like those pointy hats that sometimes clown use? I think she does a leglock on the girl at some point.
Another scene has the protag fight a massive opponent and after dodging some attacks, she gives his fingers an leglock, breaking them.
Another scene has the protag fighting a creature that I assume is the one that gave her the powers she uses, and they appear to be sparing. The protag tries every trick on the little guy but he just don’t mind his bones being broken, at some point he punches her ribs so hard it breaks then, and apparently finishes her off with a kick to the face, after that he shows that his body parts can rotate a full 360 degrees no problem.
The final scene I remember is the girl taking a beating from two twin sister that use matching clothing, they even throw her at a building with a punch.
The anime seems to be late 90’s~ early 2000’s
