there was this book i read from my elementary school library, the characters were all orphans and had created a vigilante group. the main character has just joined the group and the only other detail i remember was them fighting a villain called the “shrink” who essentially shrink wrapped one of them in a bubble. this sounds so weird typing it out but i hope someone can help me find the name of this book
