It starts off with a picture slideshow of an anime girl smiling at the camera in different environments. All this while an indie song with a female vocalist plays in the background. After a few seconds the music begins the crackle and fade away along with the anime girl, replacing it with the God Damn it” scene from Blade Runner 2049.

I did see a variation of the meme that uses the H&K G-11 rifle instead of the girl.
