[TOMT][MOVIE] Live-action movie about a girl, moon-related plot, starry bedroom ceiling, mystical vibe

Hi everyone, I’ve been desperately trying to remember a live-action movie I watched a long time ago, and it’s been driving me nuts because I have very specific memories about it but I just can’t recall the name or find anything online, I believe the movie aired on TV here in Brazil, possibly on channels like ISTV, SBT, or Globo, and I’m almost certain it’s from somewhere between the 1990s and maybe early 2010s, probably not later than 2012, what I remember most clearly is that the main character was a girl and something very important in the plot had to do with the moon, I don’t remember exactly what role the moon played but I know it was definitely central to the story, one of the strongest images I have is of her bedroom which had a ceiling that looked like a night sky filled with stars, and I also remember that she had a sort of garden or horta where she grew things, the movie had a very dreamy, atmospheric vibe, kind of mystical, but not childish or cartoonish, it was in full color and not black and white, and one thing I really remember is how vivid the colors were especially the green of the grass and a strong blue tone near the end of the movie that came from the light of the moon, that scene with the moonlight left a strong impression on me, I also have this faint memory that she might have had butlers or some kind of caretakers, but I’m not entirely sure, and I know it was definitely not an animated film, it was live-action, and I remember the tone being kind of quiet and intimate and magical at the same time, if anyone knows any movie that fits this description even a little bit I’d be really grateful, I’ve been thinking about this for years and it’s really frustrating to not be able to find it again
