Im remembering something me and my friend used to quote often, I remember one character is mentally handicapped somewhat. It goes something like this
“My [Mom, Parents?] let me use the [some type of household device maybe?][As much as I want/for some incorrect purpose?]” He says proudly.
Other character “But we dont use [previous thing], do we?”
“No” he says, somewhat worried as if he knows its not allowed.
Sorry, kinda random. Want to say The Ringer but I dont think so. Could also be a show but im leaning heavily towards a movie, definitely pre 2010 and likely not older than 2000.
