This band had at least two music videos playing on mtv in the 00s. One was animated. Characters were all rounded like snowmen with legs and arms. They were in a parade, marching to the music. There was a green and white theme to the characters and vehicles. The music has some electronic sounds kinda upbeat and goofy. The other video by this band had a Spanish title and lyrics. The video was also animated but more like “Take on me”.
